These finely notched Vestal projectile points come from the Castle Gardens site in Vestal, NY and date to the Late Archaic period between 1900 to 1800 BC. The artifacts were created by some of Vestal’s earliest inhabitants and were later excavated, and loaned to us, by archaeologists from the Public Archaeology Facility at Binghamton University.
Make your way to the museum for our latest art exhibition opening, Book Work | Anna Warfield, from 1PM-3PM.
